Cooking for the last 15 years, now teaching. After traveling for many years, I have now dropped my suitcase and my knives in Mexico City, where the for last 4 years I have been teaching.
I never thought I would be a teacher (you could ask all my teachers from Montreal and see what they have to say about it!!) but I love it. It is such a challenge, to try and transmit my passion, to motivate young people.
we will talk about food, culture , gastronomy, and many other things.
